Job Summary

We're seeking a Sales Associate to join our team at Sunglass Hut. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales, and contributing to a positive store environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets by building strong relationships with customers and providing personalized service.
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience by making connections, paying attention to detail, and offering a unique shopping experience.
  • Participate in creating a positive store environment by fostering strong relationships with colleagues and management.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store appearance, including displays and inventory.
  • Contribute to an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Ability to adapt to new technology and change with accuracy.
  • Self-accountability for sales results through the use of selling skills and a drive to meet goals.
  • Strong communication skills (oral and written).
  • Self-motivation and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
