Delivering Excellence in Customer Service and Fuel Distribution

As a vital member of our Petroleum Department, you will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and efficient operations. Your responsibilities will encompass providing exceptional service to our valued clients, delivering fuel products promptly and safely, and maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and equipment upkeep.

  • Customer Focus: You will be the face of our company, interacting with customers to understand their needs, provide product information, and resolve any concerns in a courteous and efficient manner.
  • Efficient Delivery Operations: You will operate delivery vehicles safely and responsibly, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries while adhering to all safety regulations and procedures.
  • Equipment Maintenance and Organization: Maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of delivery units, equipment, and service records is essential. You will also play a role in organizing and maintaining a professional appearance for our petroleum and agro products, including cardlock facilities.
  • Record Keeping and Compliance: Accurate record-keeping is crucial. You will maintain driver reports, adhere to company policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations such as TDG and WHMIS.
  • Teamwork and Support: You will collaborate effectively with other departments, assisting with inventory management and contributing to the overall success of our operations.

The ideal candidate possesses a valid 3A license (1A preferred), a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Flexibility, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and physical capability to lift heavy objects are also essential.
