Loan Validation Specialist - Dealer Finance Centre
The role of the Loan Validation Specialist is crucial for the operational success of the Dealer Finance Centre (DFC) in Canada. This position entails ensuring that all verification and validation processes related to approved indirect loans and leases are conducted with precision and in accordance with regulatory standards and internal policies.
Key Responsibilities:- Examine loan and lease documentation to confirm that all necessary documents are present in the funding package.
- Verify insurance coverage and residency in alignment with company policy.
- Address discrepancies by liaising with dealerships to facilitate required corrections.
- Promote a customer-centric culture to enhance client relationships and efficiently resolve funding issues.
- Ensure compliance with operational risk, regulatory compliance risk, anti-money laundering (AML), and anti-terrorist financing (ATF) guidelines.
The ideal candidate will possess bilingual communication skills in English and French to effectively serve a diverse clientele.
