About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Home Renovator to join our team at TARGET CONTRACTORS & SUPPLIERS INC. as a key member of our construction team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the planning, execution, and completion of residential renovation projects.
  • Collaborate with our team to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Conduct site visits to assess project progress and identify potential issues.
  • Work closely with our suppliers and contractors to source materials and services.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant building codes, regulations, and industry standards.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as construction management or a related field.
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in residential construction or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical stamina to perform site work and lift heavy materials.
  • Availability for shift or on-call work, as required.
  • Current legal ability to work in Canada.
  • Previous experience in this field of employment.
  • Work Term: Permanent.
  • Work Language: English.
  • Hours: 37.5 hours per week.
