Compliance Officer

Job Summary:
The Compliance Officer will provide audit and support to applicable Great Canadian locations, ensuring adherence to Gaming Laws, Operating Agreements, and Provincial Gaming Corporation policies.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting compliance audits of casino operations, including Security, Surveillance, Table Games, Slots, Cage, Marketing, and Food & Beverage
- Assisting the Compliance Department with reviewing internal processes and documents/reports to ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory requirements
- Participating in workplace health, safety, and wellness initiatives
- Communicating effectively with operational departments and corporate office
- Building strong working relationships with team members, corporate colleagues, and external regulators & partners
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or college diploma in a relevant discipline such as business administration, audit, or finance
- Minimum 1 year of direct compliance experience or a suitable combination of education and related experience
- Surveillance or operational audit experience in the casino industry an asset
- Knowledge of AML, privacy legislation, and regulatory framework in Ontario is an asset
