Food Service Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Ashkrish Inc O/A Subway. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
- Supervise and train food service staff in food preparation, sanitation, and safety procedures
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure food and service meet our high standards
- Prepare and manage budgets and cost estimates for food and supplies
- Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
- Maintain accurate records of stock, sales, and wastage
- Prepare and submit regular reports to management
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a fast-paced food service environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds
