Job Responsibilities

In this role, you will enhance the natural splendor of our surroundings for our guests. Your meticulous attention to detail will ensure the care and upkeep of ornamental flora, shrubs, and trees across the hotel grounds and selected golf course areas.

These positions are full-time and seasonal.

Starting Compensation: $19.95 per hour

We acknowledge service longevity through our pay structure - hourly wages increase after six months and continue to rise annually for up to three years. After three years, the pay rate for this position would reach $25.80 per hour.

Key Responsibilities Include:

Providing a consistently professional and warm welcome, delivering engaging service Maintaining and nurturing gardens, ensuring a high standard of aesthetic appeal throughout the property Operating mechanical and power tools used in the care of ornamental plants and trees Assisting in managing daily operations of the Gardening Department (Senior Gardener) Qualifications
Familiarity with the characteristics and cultural needs of ornamental plants, shrubs, and trees suited to the local environment is advantageous Must possess knowledge and experience in basic gardening or related horticultural fields A valid Class 5 Driver's license with a clean driving record is mandatory
