Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Groundskeeper to join our team at Cabot Links. As a Groundskeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the beauty and integrity of our outdoor spaces.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine grounds maintenance tasks, including weeding, pruning, and trimming trees and plants.
  • Cut and maintain grass, rake and collect refuse, and remove litter and garbage.
  • Operate and maintain landscape maintenance equipment, including mowers, trimmers, and blowers.
  • Apply fertilizers and other treatments as needed to promote healthy plant growth.
  • Repair and maintain equipment, and perform other tasks as required to ensure the grounds are well-maintained.
Requirements
  • No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this position.
  • Experience is an asset, but not necessary.
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work varied shifts as needed.
  • Fluency in English is required.
