Position Overview:
- Oversee and manage a variety of insurance litigation cases from inception to resolution.
- Prepare legal documents, opinions, and pleadings for various legal proceedings, including applications, mediations, and trials.
- Independently navigate through applications, discoveries, mediations, and trial processes.
- Facilitate legal training sessions for the claims team and provide support to colleagues across different departments.
- Ensure clear and effective communication with the claims team and adjusters.
Candidate Requirements:
- Active member in good standing with the Law Society.
- At least 2 years of experience in insurance litigation.
- Skilled in legal research, writing, and alternative dispute resolution methods.
