Executive Chef

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Kelly O'Bryan's Neighbourhood Restaurant & Carlos O'Bryan's Pub. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for leading the kitchen and ensuring the highest quality of food is served to our customers.
Responsibilities:- Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods to meet the highest standards of quality and presentation.
- Inspect kitchens and food service areas to ensure cleanliness and organization.
- Train and supervise kitchen staff and helpers to ensure they are equipped to perform their duties efficiently and effectively.
- Order supplies and equipment to maintain a well-stocked kitchen and ensure efficient operations.
- Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure accurate tracking and ordering.
- Clean kitchen and work areas to maintain a safe and healthy environment.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Dental plan and health care plan available.
- Gratuities and permanent employment.
- 40 hours per week, English language.
