The Manufacturing Operations Leader will oversee the production facility, ensuring adherence to safety protocols, quality assurance, and production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and inspire a high-performing team, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.
  • Manage daily operations on the production floor to optimize manufacturing processes.
  • Ensure production timelines and objectives are achieved within budgetary constraints.
  • Collaborate with various departments, including project management, engineering, and quality control, to facilitate seamless workflows.
  • Oversee production budgets, monitor financial performance, and identify cost-saving measures while maintaining product quality.
  • Analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement necessary corrective actions.
  • Recommend staffing requirements for production activities and assist in recruitment efforts.
  • Ensure comprehensive employee training to align with business objectives.
  • Maintain open communication with project managers and other teams, providing updates on production capacity and challenges.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and advancements in manufacturing technology to drive innovation.
Qualifications
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in custom manufacturing, with a background in welding.
  • Strong knowledge of fabrication processes.
  • Proven leadership skills and a high-energy approach to team dynamics.
  • A degree in Engineering or Business is advantageous.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills focused on team development and enhancing productivity.
  • Excellent organizational abilities with a capacity to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong team-building skills and the ability to thrive in a high-performance environment.
