Position Overview

As a key member of Sante Manufacturing Inc., the Injection Moulding Supervisor will oversee and coordinate the activities of production personnel engaged in the operation of processing machinery and the fabrication of plastic and rubber components.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervision: Lead, coordinate, and schedule the workflow of production staff operating processing machines.
  • Work Coordination: Develop strategies to align work schedules and collaborate with other departments.
  • Productivity Enhancement: Propose and implement measures to boost efficiency and enhance product quality.
  • Machine Setup: Configure and maintain machinery and equipment to ensure optimal operation.
  • Technical Assistance: Provide support in the operation, repair, and maintenance of production equipment.
  • Installation Support: Aid in the assembly and repair of machinery.
Required Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of College or CEGEP.
  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
Skills and Attributes
  • Communication: Strong verbal communication skills.
  • Organization: Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Adaptability: Flexible and able to adjust to changing priorities.
