Job Summary

As a key member of the Global Legal Operations team at Equinix, the Legal Operations Technology Analyst will play a crucial role in driving digital transformation across the Legal practice areas. This exciting opportunity requires a bright, enthusiastic, and results-oriented professional with solid technology experience and the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives for the Legal department
  • Support the implementation, deployment, and further development of Legal Technology systems, including ServiceNow, Onit, and iManage
  • Lead the creation, analysis, and maintenance of existing and future state process documents, guides, and training materials
  • Develop and administer Legal technology and Project Management systems trainings
  • Track and suggest ServiceNow system workflow enhancements with internal IT and vendor developers
  • Assist in the creation of new Knowledge Base materials in ServiceNow
  • Support E-billing system admin duties and track, monitor, and suggest E-billing system enhancements
  • Project manage smaller Legal technology projects, ensuring timely delivery, within scope, and within budget
  • Gather, document, and analyze business requirements and partner with Senior Manager of Legal Technology and IT to recommend practical solutions
  • Support and lead New Hire Legal Technology overview training program
  • Department-wide report creation and distribution
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a Legal environment
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Experience with Legal technology and processes preferred
  • Project Management qualifications preferred
  • Strong analytical skills, including business case acumen
  • Ability to balance and prioritize multiple projects for various internal customers
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills required
