Bakery Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Bakery Foreman/Woman to join our team at Dr Laffa Bakery. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our bakery and ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of quality and excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision
- Supervise and train a team of 5-10 staff members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge required to perform their duties effectively.
- Coordinate and schedule work activities to meet production deadlines and maintain a high level of productivity.
- Quality Control
- Monitor and maintain the quality of our products to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Identify and implement measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Reporting and Administration
- Prepare and submit regular reports on production and other key performance indicators.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of staff performance, training, and development.
- Communication and Teamwork
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues and other stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and collaboration.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to achieve business objectives.
- Education and Experience
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Work Environment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Personal Qualities
- Efficient interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- Organized and reliable.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- 30 to 40 hours per week.
- Permanent position.
