About the Role

MindRight Counselling & Consulting Inc. is seeking a skilled Behavioural Therapist to join our team. As a Behavioural Therapist, you will work with individuals and groups to help them achieve personal, social, and vocational development and adjustment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide therapy sessions to clients
  • Counsel individuals and groups to help them overcome challenges and achieve their goals
  • Apply psychological theory and principles to develop effective intervention programs
  • Deliver presentations at conferences, workshops, or symposia to share knowledge and expertise
  • Offer mediation, conciliation, and arbitration services to help clients resolve conflicts
  • Help clients manage physical illness and disorders through evidence-based practices
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Work Term: Permanent
  • Work Language: English
  • Hours: 40 hours per week
