  • Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify potential contract risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure contract requirements are met and exceeded.
  • Develop and maintain contract documentation, including contract templates and contract management systems.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in contract management, procurement, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex contracts and negotiations.
  • Strong knowledge of contract law, procurement policies, and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with vendors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Procurement designation or graduate certificate.
