Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee team performance metrics to ensure optimal phone availability
  • Utilize CRM software to monitor pipeline and quotation statistics
  • Engage with new prospects promptly to meet service standards
  • Follow up on interested web leads through direct communication
  • Provide outstanding customer service via telephone and email
  • Generate quotes for new clients utilizing various tools
  • Offer insurance advice and tailored recommendations
  • Work collaboratively with Client Service Advisors as necessary
  • Comply with company processes and performance indicators
  • Stay updated on underwriting practices and market developments
  • Participate in promotional events and marketing initiatives

Qualifications:

  • Completion of Post-Secondary Education
  • Familiarity with TAM and EPIC systems is advantageous
  • Background in customer service is beneficial
  • Must possess R.I.B. Ontario license
  • At least 1 year of experience in personal lines sales or service
  • Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Adept at problem-solving and teamwork
