We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Client Service Associate to join our Private Client Team in Markham. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring timely and accurate processing of policies, endorsements, and claims.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and carriers to drive client retention and growth.
- Process and submit endorsements on carrier portals or liaise with direct underwriters as needed.
- Provide expert risk management advice to clients, ensuring they have the right insurance coverage and limits.
- Identify gaps in coverage and consult with leadership or producers to advise clients on options.
- Contribute to the growth of our assigned book of business through account rounding and referrals.
- Support marketing and sales teams as needed.
- Adhere to agency guidelines, policies, and procedures.
- Promote a positive and collaborative team culture.
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current on industry trends and best practices.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in personal lines insurance, with a focus on high-net-worth clientele.
- Knowledge of carriers operating in the high-net-worth space and their offerings.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 products, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Experience with TAM and/or EPIC systems.
- Positive attitude and ability to multitask.
