Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Burger King. As a Food Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
  • Requisition food and kitchen supplies to maintain optimal inventory levels
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food safety and quality standards are met
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a safe and healthy work environment
  • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation to minimize waste and optimize inventory
  • Hire and train food service staff to ensure a high-performing team
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, addressing customer complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and customer feedback to inform business decisions
Work Environment:

As a Food Service Supervisor at Burger King, you will work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills. You will be responsible for supervising a team of 3-4 people and working under pressure to meet customer demands.

Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in food service or a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks
