Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze trends across various sectors including social, political, economic, technological, and legislative areas, while addressing emerging law enforcement challenges and industry best practices.
  • Conduct primary research and provide guidance on research methodologies, ensuring the application of best practice techniques.
  • Develop and implement evaluation frameworks for programs, initiatives, and policies.
  • Create comprehensive business plan documents, prepare presentations, and provide reporting updates.
  • Engage with senior management to facilitate discussions that support strategic planning, operational initiatives, and process improvements.
  • Lead project management efforts, overseeing the initiation, planning, execution, and operationalization of new programs and policies.
  • Establish and nurture internal relationships and partnerships with external community agencies, professional associations, and governmental bodies.

Qualifications:

  • A Master's Degree in Social Science, Public Administration, or a related field, accompanied by a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in applied research, ideally within a police service, government, or consulting environment.
  • Proficiency in information systems with a solid understanding of data collection, analysis, and evaluation methodologies.
  • Demonstrated expertise in program evaluation, including familiarity with evaluation frameworks such as Theory of Change, Logic Models, and Performance Measurements.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with a focus on relationship building, coaching, analytical thinking, and change management.
