Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Control Supervisor to join our team at Canadian Stud Welding & Supply Inc. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our inventory management system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and supply chain performance.
    • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Inventory Management
    • Develop and implement effective inventory management strategies to minimize stockouts and overstocking.
    • Ensure accurate and timely inventory counts and cycle counts.
  • Supply Chain Coordination
    • Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and materials.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers.
  • Operational Logistics
    • Plan, organize, and oversee the operational logistics of our organization.
    • Ensure the efficient use of resources and minimize waste.
  • Team Supervision
    • Supervise a team of 1-2 people.
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in inventory management or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Initiative, organized, and a team player.
Working Conditions
  • 35 hours per week.
  • Permanent position.
