Operations Supervisor

We are seeking an experienced Operations Supervisor to join our team at Millennium Pacific Greenhouses Partnership. As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our greenhouses, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:- Operations Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our team members, ensuring that all tasks are completed on time and to a high standard.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and repaired, minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
- Quality Control: Monitor and maintain the quality of our products, ensuring that they meet the highest standards.
- Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, ensuring that we have the necessary materials and supplies to meet demand.
- Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities for team members, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their jobs effectively.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as environmental science, business administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a related field, such as operations management, facilities management, or a related field.
- Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members. Proficient in Microsoft Office and other software applications.
