About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as a Tennis and Squash Club Agent. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service to members and guests, ensuring a positive experience at all times.
  • Assist with the coordination of tennis and squash tournaments, leagues, and events.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, including membership data and facility usage.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the club.
  • Ensure the club's facilities and equipment are well-maintained and in good working order.
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with members, staff, and external partners.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to working hours.
  • Basic knowledge of tennis and squash rules and regulations, with a willingness to learn and develop skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field (e.g. sports management, hospitality) an asset.
