Job Title: Restaurant Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee the daily operations of Norm's Pizza. As a Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, managing a team of 5-10 people, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Excellence: Determine the scope of services and implement operational procedures to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Financial Management: Manage cash transactions, complete financial reports, and cost menu items and services to maintain profitability.
  • Team Leadership: Conduct performance evaluations, provide leadership and training to staff members, and negotiate contracts with suppliers and clients.
  • Customer Service: Ensure compliance with liquor regulations, manage inventory levels, enforce health and safety regulations, and handle customer complaints and issues.
  • Marketing and Sales: Participate in marketing activities and contribute to business growth through strategic planning and execution.

This is a full-time permanent position with a work week of 35 hours in English language.
