Job Title: Graduate Nurse

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Graduate Nurse to join our team at Centre intégré de santé et de services sociaux de la Côte-Nord. Job Summary:

The Graduate Nurse will be responsible for providing nursing care to patients in a hospital or medical facility setting. This includes assessing patients, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care. The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Assess patients to identify their physical, emotional, and social needs
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the needs of patients
  • Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care
  • Supervise and mentor other nursing staff as needed
Requirements:
  • Licensure as a Registered Nurse by provincial or territorial authorities
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a hospital or medical facility setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
