Job Title: Nurse Specialist

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Nurse Specialist to join our team at Centre intégré de santé et de services sociaux de la Côte-Nord. As a Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our interdisciplinary health team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patients to identify appropriate nursing interventions and develop individualized care plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Deliver health education programs to patients and their families.
• Dispense and administer medications and treatments as prescribed by a physician.
• Provide nursing care to patients with a range of health conditions.

Requirements:

• Licensure as a Registered Nurse by provincial or territorial authorities.
• 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
