Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Bilingual Account Manager to join our team. As a key player in our growth and success, you will be responsible for customer retention, customer acquisition, and ongoing service and sales support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diversify and grow an active book of business by connecting with stakeholders in existing accounts to uncover, pursue, develop, and close prospects.
  • Nurture relationships with existing repeat clients in our PTAC replacement market, responding to customer inquiries and maintaining up-to-date records in our CRM system.
  • Closing deals through proactive activity, making 30-50 proactive outreaches daily through phone, email, and LinkedIn to current customers and leads.
  • Providing customer support and issue resolution, serving as the primary point of contact for any issues or concerns raised.
  • Regularly reporting on account status to senior management, providing insights and updates that inform decision-making.
Requirements:
  • Experience in business development and B2B product sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • Outstanding professional written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and customers.
  • Fluency in English and French, with the ability to build trusting relationships within and across teams and with customers.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to make proactive or rapid decisions based on experience and knowledge.
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive base salary of $60,000 with an OTE potential of up to $115,000, based on performance. You will also have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment, with a flat hierarchy and a focus on growth and development.
