Inventory Control Manager

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Control Supervisor to join our team at Redline Heavy Truck Parts & Repair Ltd.
Job SummaryThe Inventory Control Supervisor will be responsible for coordinating activities with other work units or departments, preparing and submitting reports, and resolving work problems. The successful candidate will also be responsible for arranging training for staff, conducting performance reviews, and requisitioning or ordering materials, equipment, and supplies.
Key Responsibilities- Co-ordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure efficient inventory management.
- Prepare and submit reports to management on inventory levels, stock movements, and other relevant metrics.
- Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Arrange training for staff to ensure they have the necessary skills to perform their duties effectively.
- Conduct performance reviews to assess staff performance and provide feedback for improvement.
- Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to maintain optimal inventory levels.
- Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient inventory management.
- Plan, organize, and oversee operational logistics of the organization to ensure smooth inventory management.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in inventory management or a related field.
- Accurate, flexibility, and organized with a strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a strong focus on productivity and product quality.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels.
