About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Inventory Control Supervisor to join our team at Amnor Ltd. As an Inventory Control Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our inventory management system.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inventory Management: Coordinate and oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and reporting.
  • Supply Chain Coordination: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and mitigate supply chain disruptions, ensuring timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Operations Oversight: Supervise and direct the activities of inventory control staff, providing guidance and support to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and other key performance indicators.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and coaching to inventory control staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years
  • Skills: Strong organizational and communication skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure.
Work Environment

This is a permanent full-time position, working 40 hours per week. The work environment is fast-paced, with tight deadlines and a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
