About the Role

Pure Insights is seeking experienced and qualified counsellors to join our network of professionals providing employment-focused counselling services.

We have a strong track record of delivering tailored services to corporate organisations, job service providers, and community organisations, supporting jobseekers through quality employment-focused counselling and coaching.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide professional counselling services to clients on employment and vocational related matters, including assessment, intervention, and follow-up support.
  • Implement strategies and intervention plans to address barriers and promote client wellbeing.
  • Collaborate with employment service agencies and probation services to provide recommendations and support.
  • Maintain accurate and consistent case notes and attendance records.
  • Adhere to Pure Insights policies and procedures, including staff debrief and case management.
Requirements
  • Relevant qualifications in counselling and registration with a relevant professional body.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with clients with mental health issues and complex intervention strategies.
  • Experience with digital and telephone delivery of counselling support.
  • Proven oral and written communication skills, including writing comprehensive reports and intervention plans.
  • Ability to work independently and manage own role and responsibility in a varied work environment.
  • Willingness to travel to Leeds and Halifax once a week.
Desirable Qualifications
  • Experience working within an employment counselling setting, working to specific contract outcomes.
