About the Role:
- We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Human Resources Coordinator and Personnel Administration Specialist.
- As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administration of personnel, including but not limited to:
- Coordinating employee onboarding and offboarding processes;
- Managing employee records and providing necessary information;
- Coordinating employee benefits and compensation programs;
- Providing administrative support to the HR team;
- Assisting with recruitment and talent management initiatives;
- Participating in special projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information;
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite;
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
