About the Role:

  • We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Human Resources Coordinator and Personnel Administration Specialist.
  • As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administration of personnel, including but not limited to:
  • Coordinating employee onboarding and offboarding processes;
  • Managing employee records and providing necessary information;
  • Coordinating employee benefits and compensation programs;
  • Providing administrative support to the HR team;
  • Assisting with recruitment and talent management initiatives;
  • Participating in special projects and initiatives as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field;
