We are seeking a skilled Technical Sales Specialist to join our team at OMEGA TECHSOURCE INC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for promoting our products and services to existing clients, assessing their needs, and providing tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Promote sales to existing clients and identify new business opportunities
  • Assess client needs and resources to recommend the appropriate goods or services
  • Develop reports and proposals to illustrate benefits from use of good or service
  • Provide input into product design to ensure client needs are met
  • Consult with clients after sale to provide ongoing support and ensure satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with product innovations, competitors, and market conditions to provide expert advice
  • Troubleshoot problems related to equipment and provide technical support
  • Develop and implement marketing and advertising strategies to promote products and services
Requirements
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Permanent employment
  • English language proficiency
  • 37.5 hours per week
