We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at BELL. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate Cash Register: Accurately process transactions, handle cash, cheques, and credit/debit card payments.
  • Process Payments: Receive payment for goods or services, calculate daily/shift payments received, and reconcile with total sales.
  • Stock Shelves and Clean Counter Area: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, restock shelves, and ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Provide Customer Service: Greet customers, respond to inquiries, and resolve any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Wrap or Place Merchandise in Bags: Ensure customer purchases are properly packaged and prepared for take-away.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
  • Experience: Experience is an asset, but not required.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in this role.
  • Work Hours: 40 hours per week, with a regular schedule.
