Key Responsibilities:
  1. Ensure adherence to the site safety protocols and take necessary measures to rectify any safety concerns.
  2. Formulate, execute, and routinely revise a comprehensive logistics strategy for the project.
  3. Revise the primary project timeline and create a two-week forecast in collaboration with subcontractors.
  4. Facilitate meetings with subcontractors to address safety, project advancement, and forthcoming coordination matters, including essential infrastructure interruptions.
  5. All planned interruptions must be documented and submitted to the client with a minimum notice period.
  6. Verify that all work complies with the established plans, specifications, and local construction regulations.
  7. Possess knowledge of Quality Control processes for excavation, duct-bank installation, electrical cable management, and transformer changes.
  8. Maintain comprehensive project records, including daily logs, safety documentation, and visual progress reports.
  9. Track, report, and manage work punch-lists to ensure timely and satisfactory completion.
Qualifications:
  1. The preferred candidate will have over 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within construction, alongside 5 years of technical expertise in areas such as excavation, rock breaking, duct-bank installation, medium voltage operations, cable management, transformer modifications, and project shutdowns.
  2. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members are essential.
  3. Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Procore software is advantageous.
  4. Reliable transportation is required.
