Job Overview:
Key Responsibilities:- Ensure adherence to the site safety protocols and take necessary measures to rectify any safety concerns.
- Formulate, execute, and routinely revise a comprehensive logistics strategy for the project.
- Revise the primary project timeline and create a two-week forecast in collaboration with subcontractors.
- Facilitate meetings with subcontractors to address safety, project advancement, and forthcoming coordination matters, including essential infrastructure interruptions.
- All planned interruptions must be documented and submitted to the client with a minimum notice period.
- Verify that all work complies with the established plans, specifications, and local construction regulations.
- Possess knowledge of Quality Control processes for excavation, duct-bank installation, electrical cable management, and transformer changes.
- Maintain comprehensive project records, including daily logs, safety documentation, and visual progress reports.
- Track, report, and manage work punch-lists to ensure timely and satisfactory completion.
- The preferred candidate will have over 5 years of experience in a supervisory role within construction, alongside 5 years of technical expertise in areas such as excavation, rock breaking, duct-bank installation, medium voltage operations, cable management, transformer modifications, and project shutdowns.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members are essential.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Procore software is advantageous.
- Reliable transportation is required.
