Marketing Lead Specialist

Brandt is seeking a highly skilled Marketing Lead Specialist to join our team in Regina. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for optimizing our lead generation, qualification management, and reporting processes.
Key Responsibilities- Capture and Qualify Leads: Identify, capture, and qualify sales leads generated through our marketing and sales tactics, ensuring timely follow-up and effective communication with our sales teams.
- Lead Distribution and Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead distribution lists, ensuring that our sales teams have the necessary information to close deals.
- Process Optimization: Develop and optimize our marketing lead follow-up process to minimize response time and maximize close rates, driving revenue growth across all product lines.
- Reporting and Analysis: Conduct regular reporting, analysis, and trend identification on sales leads to enable data-driven decisions for our marketing and sales teams, enhancing the quality and quantity of Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and their conversion into sales.
- Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with internal and vendor platform development teams to build and optimize tools for lead generation management, ensuring seamless communication and data exchange.
- Performance Metrics and Scorecards: Develop scorecards and dashboards to drive accountability and performance across sales organizations, tracking key performance metrics such as lead quantity, quality, and closure rates.
- Continuous Improvement: Optimize the lead management process to drive higher closure rates for all lead types, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance our sales teams' performance.
- Strong Understanding of CRM and Sales Pipeline Management: Proven experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and Sales & Marketing Pipeline management best practices.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective internal and customer communication, ensuring clear and concise messaging.
- Advanced Data Analysis Skills: Advanced data analysis skills for trend identification and stakeholder reporting, providing actionable insights to drive business growth.
- Process Management and Optimization: Skilled in process management and optimization to handle increasing lead volume and sales team size, ensuring efficient and effective lead management.
- Detail-Oriented and Customer-Focused: Detail-oriented to ensure accuracy in lead details, data, and reporting, and customer-focused to understand and address potential customer needs effectively.
