Job Summary

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Print & Direct Mail Account Manager at Commerce Press Inc. As a Senior Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and overseeing print and direct mail projects with our clients from start to finish. You will collaborate with our expert production team and serve as the main point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee print and direct mail projects with clients from start to finish
  • Coordinate with clients to understand their needs and provide recommendations
  • Manage timelines and budgets to ensure the highest quality of deliverables
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure seamless project execution
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in print production and direct mail marketing
  • Experience in market segmentation and direct mail campaigns
  • Goal-oriented with a proven sales track record
  • Strong project management skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Proficiency in industry-specific software and tools
  • Experience in the printing or marketing industry is a plus
  • Coming with a book of business is a plus
