Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement predictive models to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with business development partners to design and execute broker initiatives
  • Lead the analysis of data from various centers of excellence to inform pricing proposals and rate changes
  • Work closely with the business and other teams to deliver region-specific mandates and drive business outcomes
  • Research and apply cutting-edge actuarial techniques to address complex business challenges
  • Develop and maintain actuarial pricing models that support business growth and customer satisfaction
  • Prepare and support regulatory rate filings and document actuarial pricing processes and models

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Math, or Statistics, or related field
  • Minimum 3-5 CAS exams completed
  • Minimum 3 years of P&C work experience
  • Strong mathematical and statistical background, with proficiency in programming languages such as Python, MS Access, SAS, and VBA
