Position Overview

Vice President of Technology and Operations

As a key leader at TEK KLINIK, the Vice President of Technology and Operations will oversee the strategic implementation of organizational policies and programs. This role requires a dynamic individual who can effectively manage resources and lead a team towards achieving operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the allocation of material, human, and financial resources to ensure successful execution of organizational strategies.
  • Authorize the formation of major departments and appoint senior staff positions to drive operational efficiency.
  • Set clear objectives for the organization and develop or endorse policies and programs that align with these goals.
  • Act as the primary representative of the organization in negotiations and official functions, or delegate this responsibility as necessary.
  • Select and empower middle managers and directors, fostering an environment conducive to optimal performance.
  • Conduct regular performance evaluations to ensure accountability and growth within the team.
  • Establish robust financial and administrative controls, and oversee the development of promotional campaigns and human resources planning.
Supervisory Responsibilities

This position will involve supervising a team of 3-4 individuals, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance.

Work Environment

The role is set in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines, requiring a keen attention to detail and the ability to manage a substantial workload.

Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
  • Experience of 2 to less than 3 years in a similar role is preferred.
