Job Title: Executive Vice President - Operations

We are seeking an experienced Executive Vice President - Operations to join our team at Visaforyou Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our goods production, utilities, and transportation departments.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Allocate resources to implement organizational policies and programs
  • Authorize and organize the establishment of major departments and senior staff positions
  • Establish financial and administrative controls, formulate promotional campaigns, and approve human resources planning
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions
  • Select middle managers, directors, or executive staff and delegate authority
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in a senior leadership role
  • Proven track record of success in operations management
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
