Job Title: Operations Vice President

SKYLINE TRANSPORT INC. is seeking an experienced Operations Vice President to lead our organizational development and resource allocation efforts.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to allocate resources and achieve organizational goals.
  • Establish and maintain financial and administrative controls to ensure efficient operations.
  • Coordinate the work of regions, divisions, or departments to achieve business objectives.
  • Select and develop middle managers, directors, or other executive staff to lead our teams.
  • Represent the organization in negotiations and other official functions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 5 years or more of experience in operations management or a related field.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal awareness and team player skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
