Clinical Research Assistant III

The Ottawa Hospital Research Institute is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Research Assistant III to join our mental health research team. The successful candidate will be involved in both behavioral and pharmaceutical trials in the treatment of a variety of mental health conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment of participants for ongoing clinical trials and observational studies
  • Data collection and data entry
  • Other study-related tasks

Requirements:

  • Undergraduate degree in a related discipline, such as Mental Health, Health Sciences, Psychology, Epidemiology
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a human clinical or health research environment
  • Demonstrated experience recruiting and consenting participants for research studies
  • Demonstrated experience conducting study visits for studies

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working with vulnerable populations
  • Experience with qualitative research (interviewing, coding etc.)
