Job Title: Hotel Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Manager to join our team at Holiday Inn Express & Suites Waterloo/St. Jacobs. As a Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for the overall operation of the hotel, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and ensuring the hotel's financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient hotel operations
  • Recruit, train, and supervise a team of staff to provide exceptional customer service
  • Manage the hotel's budget and financial performance, including revenue and expense control
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local laws and regulations
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase hotel occupancy and revenue
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and excellent customer service
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of experience in hotel management, preferably in a similar role
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and make sound decisions under pressure
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other hotel management software
