Job Summary

Dovre Import & Export Ltd. is seeking a skilled Truck Driver to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
  • Load and unload goods from vehicles, ensuring accurate inventory and documentation.
  • Operate and drive straight or articulated trucks to transport goods and materials, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
  • Conduct regular vehicle inspections to ensure optimal performance and safety.
  • Manage cargo information, hours of service, distance traveled, and fuel consumption.
  • Transport and handle hazardous materials, adhering to all safety protocols.
Requirements
  • Valid Driver's License (Class 1 or A)
  • Experience in the transportation industry, an asset
  • Ability to work 40 hours per week, with flexibility for overtime
  • Fluency in English
