Job Description

At Intertape Polymer Group (IPG), we are seeking a skilled Industrial Electrician to join our team. As an Industrial Electrician, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing processes, ensuring the smooth operation of our automated systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Troubleshoot and repair complex electrical and electronic equipment to maintain production efficiency.
  • Plan and install electrical and electronic components across a diverse range of equipment.
  • Perform minor mechanical repairs as needed to minimize downtime.
  • Manage personal workflow using our computerized maintenance system for work orders, parts, and work history.
  • Collaborate with your supervisor and team on additional tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
  • A Red Seal Industrial Electrician certification with a minimum of 3 years of experience is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of control systems, including Allen Bradley controllers and variable speed drives.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and work planning skills.
  • A proactive, detail-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
