Job Summary

The Industrial Electrician installs, troubleshoots, and repairs complex electrical and electronic equipment and distribution systems involving electrical and mechanical work of a broad nature.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot and repair automated manufacturing processes
  • Plan and install electrical and electronic components on a wide variety of equipment
  • Occasionally perform minor mechanical repairs
  • Manage personal workflow using a computerized maintenance system for work orders, parts, and work history
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements
  • Red Seal Industrial Electrician with a minimum of 3 years experience preferred
  • A strong understanding of control systems, Allen Bradley controllers, variable speed drives, networks, and communications
  • General troubleshooting and work planning skills
