Job Title: Construction Supervisor

Thiara Construction and Logistics is seeking a skilled Construction Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing construction projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Management: Coordinate and schedule activities to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and train construction workers to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to complete tasks efficiently.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all construction work meets the required standards and quality expectations.
  • Health and Safety: Implement and maintain health and safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
  • Language: English.
  • Work Setting: Various locations.
