Job Description

The National Property Appraisal Manager is responsible for leading the Property Appraisal Team in the day-to-day management of moderate to complex loss cost quantifications. Key responsibilities include implementing strategies to maximize the impact of the Economical Reinspection program and other initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the Property Appraisal Team in the management of loss cost quantifications
  • Implement strategies to maximize the impact of the Economical Reinspection program
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business results

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience in property appraisal or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
