This synergy allows us to offer comprehensive solutions, including advanced active suspension systems, powered door mechanisms, and active aerodynamic features.

We are in search of a Programme Manager to enhance our engineering team. The Programme Management division is expanding with a variety of innovative projects focused on active suspension, powered doors, and full vehicle systems. This role is distinct from traditional Programme Management positions, as it requires a strong technical focus and collaboration with engineering teams while representing Multimatic's interests to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee projects from initiation to successful completion
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure project specifications are met
  • Monitor and report on project timelines
  • Serve as the primary interface for clients and key stakeholders
  • Manage change requests and address open issues within projects
  • Assist in refining processes and generating reports
  • Ensure the delivery of electronic control units (ECUs) and software adheres to automotive standards

Ideal Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Project or Programme Manager
  • Familiarity with automotive electronic systems and technologies
  • Background in customer-facing roles with strong client management skills
  • Understanding of financial oversight and budget management

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in creating reports related to timelines and budgets
  • Background in electronics within the motorsport or automotive industries
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project
