Job Title: Bus and Truck Mechanic

We are seeking a skilled Bus and Truck Mechanic to join our team at Thibault Chevrolet Cadillac Buick GMC de Rouyn-Noranda Ltée. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex issues with commercial transport trucks and trailers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Adjust, repair or replace parts and components of commercial transport truck systems
  • Adjust, repair or replace parts and components of truck-trailer systems
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including cleaning, lubricating, and inspecting equipment
  • Troubleshoot and inspect equipment to detect faults and malfunctions
  • Diagnose faults or malfunctions using computerized and other testing equipment to determine extent of repair required
  • Test repaired equipment for proper performance and to ensure that work meets manufacturers' specifications
Requirements:
  • Truck and Transport Mechanic Trade Certification
  • Driver's License (Class 1 or A)
  • 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the field
