We are seeking a skilled Bus and Truck Mechanic to join our team at Thibault Chevrolet Cadillac Buick GMC de Rouyn-Noranda Ltée. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing complex issues with commercial transport trucks and trailers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnostic and Repair Work
    • Use computerized and other testing equipment to diagnose faults and malfunctions in truck systems
    • Perform repairs and replacements of parts and components as needed
  • Maintenance and Service Work
    • Clean, lubricate, and perform other maintenance work on trucks and trailers
    • Service attachments and working tools
  • Specialized Skills
    • Installation and alignment of diesel engines and machinery
    • Engine control system repair and maintenance
    • Lubrication system repair and maintenance

  • Work Environment

  • Requirements
    • Truck and Transport Mechanic Trade Certification
